IT Support

• Provide Level 2–3 support to end users via phone, remote sessions, and in person.
• Act as the escalation point for IT Support staff and guide them in best practice.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and user audits.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, inventory, and e-waste disposal.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and team processes.
• Lead monthly training and simulation sessions for the IT Support team.
• Collaborate with senior internal IT teams to resolve major incidents.
