The Transformation Programme Lead will combine strategic leadership with practical change expertise to design and deliver a multi-workstream programme across E3G.
The role will focus on clarifying ways of working, implementing enabling systems and processes, and embedding cultural transformation.
Ensure the programme delivers sustainable impact, improves organisational effectiveness, and positions E3G to take advantage of emerging opportunities, including the responsible use of AI.
Requirements
Extensive experience (7+ years) leading complex change programmes in large or multi-site organisations.
Proven track record in the not-for-profit, charity, or public sector.
