Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead on E3G’s strategy and thought leadership on financial system reform at international level, working closely with the Global Macro & Finance Resilience Programme Lead
• Build E3G’s profile on macro and finance policies’ reforms, developing propositions and leading advocacy to strengthen E3G’s network among key decision makers
• Monitor key policy debates and developments internationally related to financial system reform and interpreting them in the context of E3G’s work, focusing on key topics such as fiscal, monetary and regulatory policy and on key multilateral forums such as G7, G20, UNFCCC, and others
• Author or co-author knowledge products, such as public and private briefs, blogs, etc., and develop timely analysis for both internal and external audiences in the above-mentioned areas
• Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (policymakers, businesses, civil society, at the national, and international levels) at international, and national levels
• Work with E3G and external colleagues to organize meetings, workshops, and other dissemination activities
• Representing E3G at workshops, conferences and other events to promote our mission and objectives
• Monitor and manage project deliverables, working with team members to deliver according to work plans and milestones, track implementation and respond to funder requests
• Provide support for fundraising, funder reporting, and program management

Senior Policy Advisor, Global Macro & Finance Resilience

Operations

• Provide first and second-line IT support to all staff, both remotely and in-person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT ‘helpdesk’ and resolve requests through E3G’s central ICT mailbox.
• Support staff with user account administration by setting up user accounts on Microsoft 365, other productivity tools such as Teams.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee cloud storage solutions (SharePoint).
• Coordinate with external IT providers and manage service contracts systems admin for several internal workplace tools and systems associated with smooth running of the office operations.
• Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, phones, tablets).
• Ensure health and safety compliance in office spaces.
• Serve as a Support Onboarding- Provide office tours to new starters and issue IT equipment, laptops and phones.

• The Transformation Programme Lead will combine strategic leadership with practical change expertise to design and deliver a multi-workstream programme across E3G.
• The role will focus on clarifying ways of working, implementing enabling systems and processes, and embedding cultural transformation.
• Ensure the programme delivers sustainable impact, improves organisational effectiveness, and positions E3G to take advantage of emerging opportunities, including the responsible use of AI.
