Collaborate with creative, research, and product teams to create, conceptualize and execute storytelling campaigns.
Utilize your experience/knowledge/background to engage with, not solely present, data on our platforms.
Translate complex research, technical topics, and project case studies into clear, engaging, and visually compelling social media content.
Work closely with the co-founders and directors to identify outreach opportunities and collaborations, shape campaign strategies, and grow the public visibility of all platforms.
Monitor and respond to global and regional events—including environmental, social, and technological developments—by rapidly producing data-driven posts that align with the four focus areas of tBE.
Develop and manage platform-specific social media strategies and content calendars for our platforms.
Maintain visual and written brand consistency across all social platforms for our platforms.
Monitor social media analytics and engagement data to assess performance and optimize future content accordingly.
Drive internal communications through initiatives such as fireside chats, internal newsletters, or updates to improve team alignment
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing social media platforms with a track record of growing engagement and reach.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field, in addition to individuals in marketing, journalism, digital media, graphic design with experience in the AEC context.
Strong copywriting, content planning, and storytelling skills
Ability to interpret and act on social media analytics (ex. reach, engagement, follower growth)
Experience producing content based on complex or technical subjects.
Portfolio of past content or campaigns that show creative thinking and measurable results.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Collaborate with Data Visualizers to generate clear, accessible data. visualizations and infographics that simplify complex ideas for general audiences.
Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools like Canva Content Planner, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite, or other similar platforms.
Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Threads, TikTok), including content formats, trends, and platform updates.
