About the role
- Curriculum Design: Create structured learning experiences including online courses, one-pagers, short videos, and interactive resources tailored to adult learners.
- SME Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex information into accessible, learner-friendly content.
- Goal Alignment: Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and develop content that supports organizational objectives.
- Content Creation: Build educational materials from scratch using instructional design principles and digital tools.
- Framework Development: Contribute to the design and evolution of a scalable learning framework that supports continuous development.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple content development projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
- Feedback Integration: Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience including 3+ years of classroom teaching experience, preferably with curriculum development responsibilities
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience with digital learning tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with leadership teams
- Passion for helping others learn and grow in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point), and Outlook required
