About the role
- The Learning Designer is responsible for designing effective, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that drive performance and support Angi’s evolving business needs.
- Design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, articles, communication, and just-in-time resources.
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and effective learning content.
- Translate technical or complex topics into digestible and actionable learning experiences.
- Use various learning tools and platforms to build and deploy training materials.
- Evaluate learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact.
- Leverage feedback and performance data to iterate and improve content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support business priorities.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience designing effective learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and a range of learning modalities.
- Proficiency with learning technologies and authoring tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.
