• Follow the procurement calendar to ensure proactivity, visibility, and leverage in negotiations
• Manage vendor communication and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand stakeholder requirements and secure competitive quotes
• Partner with Finance and IT Asset Management to integrate procurement with forecasting and cost management
• Deliver data-driven spend analysis and insights to the CFO and senior leadership

• Improve procurement policies and processes and drive adoption across the organization
