About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, from contract renewal through PO creation, working closely with Accounting and Finance
Follow the procurement calendar to ensure proactivity, visibility, and leverage in negotiations
Manage vendor communication and contract negotiations
Collaborate with business leaders to understand stakeholder requirements and secure competitive quotes
Partner with Finance and IT Asset Management to integrate procurement with forecasting and cost management
Deliver data-driven spend analysis and insights to the CFO and senior leadership
Identify cost savings opportunities
Improve procurement policies and processes and drive adoption across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of procurement experience with a record of delivering cost savings and negotiating complex contracts
2+ years of experience directly negotiating software and technology contracts
Exceptional understanding of contracts and ability to identify commercially favorable or unfavorable terms and conditions
Independent and resourceful, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communicator able to collaborate with cross-functional partners at senior levels
Familiarity with AI and automation tools supporting procurement workflows, spend analysis, and vendor management
Bachelor’s degree required
