About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Own retention and revenue growth across the portfolio
- Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, including VPs, C-suite executives, and owners
- Lead regular executive business reviews with performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Conduct ongoing discovery into partners’ business evolution, competitive pressures, and growth priorities
- Serve as the primary escalation point and drive cross-functional resolution
- Collaborate with partners on marketing strategies and platform investments tied to growth goals
- Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate complex data into narratives and action plans for executive audiences
- Build and maintain forecasts covering funnel performance, seasonal trends, and spend pacing
- Recommend and implement data-driven account adjustments
- Identify expansion opportunities and build ROI-based business cases for increased platform investment
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Support pilot programs and new initiatives while managing retention risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business strategy and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting to or partnering with C-suite stakeholders
- Strong analytical fluency and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes end-to-end with limited oversight
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists
- Bachelor's degree required
