About the role
- Provide thought leadership to our customers in SAP Financials modules through active engagement with key stakeholders
- Design, configure and test SAP S/4HANA in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements
- Support the customer post-implementation (hypercare) and/or transfer knowledge to support staff in accordance with the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
- Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirements and appropriately comply with recognised accounting policies.
- Continuously improve upon the business process experience and identify solutions for our customers where efficiencies can be achieved
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience consulting in SAP Finance and Controlling
- Industry experience, having worked in a manufacturing , retail, logistics or distribution environment would be an advantage
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting/technical
- Ideally but not essential, relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA and experience with Cloud implementations
- Ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality
- Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills in a business environment
- Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
