About the role
- Advansys ESC is part of INTRO Group, founded in 1980 and employing more than 2,500 skilled calibers.
- Specialized in Business Automation, Low-code Development, Cloud Services, Industrial Digitization, Warehouse Automation and Strategic Outsourcing.
- Set up and maintain supplier records and contracts.
- Manage purchasing for operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.
- Review invoices against purchase orders and receipts, resolve supplier billing issues.
- Act as primary contact for suppliers to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Monitor and process pending requests in the procurement system daily.
- Research local suppliers and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, business, supply chain or any related fields.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 Profile.
- Proven 1 year experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
