  • Interact with customers across the globe through multiple support channels (voice, email, chat, portal)
  • Provide technical issue resolution in a positive and professional manner

  • Collaborate with teammates for knowledge sharing and escalation when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent Dutch and English Language
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • General IT knowledge
  • Motivated mindset; suitable for candidates with little or no IT experience
  • Previous IT Experience (considered a BIG advantage)
  • Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Apps – MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to interact with customers across multiple support channels (voice, email, chat, portal)
