About the role
- Interact with customers across the globe through multiple support channels (voice, email, chat, portal)
- Provide technical issue resolution in a positive and professional manner
- Receive comprehensive technical training to develop and resolve issues independently
- Work as part of Global Service Desk Bulgaria serving Fortune 500 customers
- Collaborate with teammates for knowledge sharing and escalation when needed
- Grow technical competencies and progress along tailored development paths
Requirements
- Excellent Dutch and English Language
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- General IT knowledge
- Motivated mindset; suitable for candidates with little or no IT experience
- Previous IT Experience (considered a BIG advantage)
- Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Apps – MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to interact with customers across multiple support channels (voice, email, chat, portal)
