About the role
- Provide first-level support for customer and system incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Operate and monitor SEEBURGER Cloud Services and initiate remote sessions to customer systems, performing both technical and business-oriented issue analysis
- Keep customers informed and engaged by providing clear updates on their inquiries and issues
- Fulfill standard change requests
- Identify and propose procedural improvements to increase quality and efficiency
- Work as part of a unified Service Desk, ensuring teamwork and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience
Requirements
- An enthusiastic individual who enjoys team collaboration and task variety
- A reliable contributor comfortable with scheduled shifts (based on a 24/5 or 24/7 working model)
- A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A quick learner and analytical thinker with basic knowledge in:
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Networking and data transfer
- Communication protocols
- Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Scripting or coding
- Experience with SEEBURGER software is a plus
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
- Knowledge of German is a plus
