About the role

  • Provide first-level support for customer and system incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Operate and monitor SEEBURGER Cloud Services and initiate remote sessions to customer systems, performing both technical and business-oriented issue analysis
  • Keep customers informed and engaged by providing clear updates on their inquiries and issues
  • Fulfill standard change requests
  • Identify and propose procedural improvements to increase quality and efficiency
  • Work as part of a unified Service Desk, ensuring teamwork and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience

Requirements

  • An enthusiastic individual who enjoys team collaboration and task variety
  • A reliable contributor comfortable with scheduled shifts (based on a 24/5 or 24/7 working model)
  • A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A quick learner and analytical thinker with basic knowledge in:
  • Windows Server and Linux administration
  • Networking and data transfer
  • Communication protocols
  • Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Scripting or coding
  • Experience with SEEBURGER software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
