About the role

  • The Regional Facilities Manager oversees the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory, maintaining assets to brand standards and specs.
  • Builds a strong, responsive relationship with Operators and Coaches to support facilities operations.
  • Manages facilities projects and expenses using CMMS, D365, and Lucernex; documents and pays invoices timely.
  • Conducts site inspections and planned maintenance to anticipate R&M and capital needs.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time; supports warranty management; ensures regulatory and code compliance.
  • Attracts and supervises regional service providers; aligns with KPIs.

Requirements

  • 7 years of restaurant facilities management or related fields or education (any combination)
  • Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction, Service Models, and Financial principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of Ecotrak or other CMMS platforms
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Reside within South Texas (location requirement)
