The Regional Facilities Manager oversees the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory, maintaining assets to brand standards and specs.
Builds a strong, responsive relationship with Operators and Coaches to support facilities operations.
Manages facilities projects and expenses using CMMS, D365, and Lucernex; documents and pays invoices timely.
Conducts site inspections and planned maintenance to anticipate R&M and capital needs.
Travel up to 75% of the time; supports warranty management; ensures regulatory and code compliance.
Attracts and supervises regional service providers; aligns with KPIs.
Requirements
7 years of restaurant facilities management or related fields or education (any combination)
Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction, Service Models, and Financial principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Working knowledge of Ecotrak or other CMMS platforms
Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed
