Partner with a pod of physician and APP recruiters to lead the internal administrative recruitment process for DHIP.
Independently evaluate physician and APP CVs for minimum qualifications, board certification, licensure, and alignment with specialty requirements; make advancement recommendations.
Design and execute physician/APP interview itineraries; manage scheduling and resolve conflicts to ensure a professional candidate experience.
Manage relationships with external vendors (travel, relocation, real estate); negotiate services, resolve conflicts, and ensure fiscal accountability.
Analyze recruitment pipeline data, identify gaps, and recommend process and strategy improvements.
Serve as liaison to recruitment teams, hiring departments, onboarding, credentialing, and benefits partners providing consultative guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Human Resources, Marketing, or Business Administration required.
1 year of related recruitment experience in a healthcare setting.
1-2 years of physician recruitment experience preferred.
Willing and able to drive to DHIP administrative office in Durham, NC for occasional staff or recruiter pod meetings and/or recruitment booth coverage.
Day shifts, Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends or holidays.

Experience managing relationships with external vendors (travel agencies, relocation firms, real estate partners) and negotiating services.
