Requirements
10+ years of Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Partnerships experience.
2+ years leading cross-functional partnership projects and teams, including legal and engineering.
Proven success in similar roles, identifying, negotiating, structuring and closing large deals, including drafting term sheets and contract language.
Strong ability to grasp technical concepts, evaluate and create clear rationale for proposed partnerships.
Proven experience building internal consensus, and executing complex deals with little oversight.
Experience managing contract renewals, handling inbound partnership requests and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
Experience identifying and reaching decision-makers, crafting proposals and generating successful outcomes while taking full ownership of deals and seeing them through completion.
Experience successfully negotiating partnerships in the web or software-based business.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
