Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Partnerships experience.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional partnership projects and teams, including legal and engineering.
- Proven success in similar roles, identifying, negotiating, structuring and closing large deals, including drafting term sheets and contract language.
- Strong ability to grasp technical concepts, evaluate and create clear rationale for proposed partnerships.
- Proven experience building internal consensus, and executing complex deals with little oversight.
- Experience managing contract renewals, handling inbound partnership requests and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- Experience identifying and reaching decision-makers, crafting proposals and generating successful outcomes while taking full ownership of deals and seeing them through completion.
- Experience successfully negotiating partnerships in the web or software-based business.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Located in US or Canada.
