About the role

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Software Developer with solid experience in React Native, Python, and PostgreSQL to join our remote-first consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications, backed by robust backend services and scalable databases. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle development, from architecting clean backend APIs in Python, to designing efficient PostgreSQL schemas, to crafting seamless mobile experiences in React Native. Tasks: Develop mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android. Build and maintain backend APIs and services with Python. Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions. Integrate mobile apps with backend and database services seamlessly. Ensure UI/UX consistency and deliver smooth user experiences. Debug, test, and optimize apps and services for speed and reliability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.

4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in React Native for cross-platform mobile development. Proficiency in Python for backend/API development. Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries). Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git. Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing applications. Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
