Staff Product Designer on Payments responsible for creating thorough, polished and intuitive designs for payments and expanding new payment methods.
Work closely with Product, User Research, and Analytics to identify customer problems and define high-craft solutions.
Blend creative and analytical skills, balancing multiple projects in an experimental, fast-paced environment.
Lead independently or provide direction to squad; facilitate discovery and conceptualization workshops; identify and measure experiments.
Design user flows and polished interactive prototypes; think and design at systems level and influence design systems.
Share work with peers and leadership, collaborate with engineering, mentor designers, and participate in onboarding.
Full-time position reporting to Senior Design Manager; eligible for equity package, annual bonus, and competitive benefits.

Requirements
8+ years of professional experience working in product design.
A consistent track record of shipped work demonstrating strong design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, and application of brand and system principles.
Experience designing for native apps (iOS and Android) and familiarity with platform-specific interaction patterns; can showcase cross-platform thinking.
Experience working closely with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and implement ideas that deliver measurable positive results.
Highly developed design skills with portfolio examples: end-to-end flows, polished prototypes, industry-standard interaction patterns, and design system application.
Ability to articulate ideas and design solutions clearly and thoughtfully and incorporate feedback.
Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating less-established solution spaces.
