Account Manager

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for key Defense/government clients, including air and sea freight forwarding, customs clearance(Export / import control), and warehouse coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Defense accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance, compliance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery service.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs/SLA), operational metrics, and service levels; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.
• Handle client escalations efficiently, providing solutions and acting as the main liaison between clients and operational teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Prepare regular reports for management on account performance, operational challenges, and client feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, planning, and allocation of resources for air and sea shipments.
• Any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet business needs.

Senior Operational Key Account Manager

Administration

• Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity
• Meet the customer’s operational requirements
• Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
• First line support for customer and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.

Mechanical Engineer

• Develop transport engineering solutions for oversized, overweight and heavy-lift cargo movements
• Prepare transport engineering studies, transport methodologies, method statements, logistics execution plans and transport philosophies
• Develop heavy haul, lifting, load-out, skidding, jacking, marine transportation and multimodal logistics concepts
• Evaluate transportability, constructability, execution risk and logistics interfaces throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical assurance that proposed logistics solutions are practical, safe and commercially viable
• Conduct desktop transport feasibility studies and coordinate physical route surveys
• Assess bridge capacities, pavement loading, turning geometry, vertical clearances, permitting requirements and temporary works
• Develop mitigation strategies and detailed engineering recommendations
• Review engineering drawings to assess transportability, lifting arrangements, centres of gravity, transport envelopes and fabrication constraints

• Manage the importation of goods by air, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination
• Communicate with airlines, customs agents, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork

• Act as primary contact for key accounts as defined by branch- and regional management
• Penetrate customer’s organization to identify and build relationships at all levels

• Process credit card transactions, refunds, adjustments, and prepare recommendations for write-offs.
