Serve as AT&T wireless and internet Subject Matter Expert (SME) and go-to guide for AT&T products and services
Develop training materials and curriculum for AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes targeted to sellers and support agents
Deliver sales training presentations and courses for retail sales representatives and support agents
Break down complex ideas and scenarios to create "aha" moments for training audiences and control room dynamics
Choose delivery methods (online, in-person), schedule sessions, and design clear, engaging, aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational and partner goals
Maintain up-to-date expertise on offers, products, order entry systems, processes, and remedies in a fast-paced environment
Travel for multi-day, overnight training events as required and handle pre-reimbursement travel expense processes
Requirements
Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge (AT&T preferred)
Must be willing to learn and become an expert to fulfill our clients and business needs
Competency in writing and speaking skills for retailer sales audiences
Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development specifically related to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales experience
Own the natural confidence to tackle ever-changing offers, products, and services, as well as master unique and complex order entry systems, processes, and remedies
Design and develop clear, engaging, aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals and partner requests, including creating AT&T training materials, choosing delivery methods, and scheduling sessions
Extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance
Deliver sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in a retail sales environment
Communicate in a clear, dynamic, and precise fashion to all levels of employees, from entry-level agents to C-level executives, both inside and outside our organization
Required: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (ex. Zoom, Teams), and A/V setup and troubleshooting skills (projector setup, TV, and audio systems, etc.)
Highly Preferred: Cloud-based content storage, organization, and file-sharing expertise
Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, LMS, and general audio/video editing software
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (ex. Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing)
Neat, professional appearance, and outgoing demeanor
Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record
Must be available for multi-day, overnight travel (est. 1-3x/quarter)
Valid passport
Employees must be able to cover their non-airfare travel expenses prior to reimbursement (expenses are processed weekly once submitted)
