Handle customer-facing communication for Starlink customers, including assisting with installation appointments, troubleshooting, and outbound order confirmations
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Support customers via inbound and outbound calls regarding installations or services
Understand STARLINK Satellite systems (training provided)
Properly document cases by notating tickets and systems for all interactions
Solve ongoing tickets in a timely manner and request follow-ups as needed
Remain calm when customers are frustrated and use web-based applications and computers to resolve issues
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center environment
Previous experience with Five-9 and Zendesk a plus
