About the role
- Handle customer-facing communication for Starlink customers, including assisting with installation appointments, troubleshooting, and outbound order confirmations
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Support customers via inbound and outbound calls regarding installations or services
- Understand STARLINK Satellite systems (training provided)
- Properly document cases by notating tickets and systems for all interactions
- Solve ongoing tickets in a timely manner and request follow-ups as needed
- Remain calm when customers are frustrated and use web-based applications and computers to resolve issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Previous experience with Five-9 and Zendesk a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proper phone etiquette and listening skills
