About the role

  • Handle customer-facing communication for Starlink customers, including assisting with installation appointments, troubleshooting, and outbound order confirmations
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Support customers via inbound and outbound calls regarding installations or services
  • Understand STARLINK Satellite systems (training provided)
  • Properly document cases by notating tickets and systems for all interactions
  • Solve ongoing tickets in a timely manner and request follow-ups as needed
  • Remain calm when customers are frustrated and use web-based applications and computers to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Previous experience with Five-9 and Zendesk a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proper phone etiquette and listening skills
