About the role
- Represent AT&T in a DSI-managed store-within-a-store retail environment
- Actively engage customers and showcase product benefits
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers
- Present products and services in a busy retail setting and build rapport with customers
- Uphold AT&T standards and maintain compliance in every interaction
- Exceed performance targets through outstanding sales and customer service
- Collaborate with retail partners and team members and participate in training and development programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Adaptability to changing environments and customer demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals
- Team-oriented with a desire to learn, share best practices, and provide resolutions
