• Manage retail sales execution across large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts in assigned territory
• Visit stores daily to strengthen customer relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market
• Drive in-store execution and brand growth; maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment
• Coordinate with sales leadership on retailer activations, initiatives, and focus areas
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support overall brand growth
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to ensure maximum market impact
• Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies that support brand development and improve performance
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities, guide sales strategy, and drive market execution
• Participate in local and regional crew drives and sales blitzes to meet market development goals
