• **Key Responsibilities**
• You will inherit one of the most widely recognized brands in the industry, and will own the entire marketing function to build and scale our marketing engine.
• **1. Strategy & Positioning**
• - Define and refine our **ICP**, segmentation, and buyer personas (PhD scientists, computational biologists, R&D leaders, etc.).
• - Build a differentiated **value proposition** grounded in scientific and operational pain points.
• - Craft messaging that lands with a skeptical, scientific audience.
• **2. Pipeline Generation**
• - Own pipeline targets in partnership with Sales.
• - Plan and run multi-channel demand gen campaigns (digital, email, events, content, partnerships).
• - Stand up a scalable, metrics-driven inbound engine.
• - Establish attribution, CAC, funnel health metrics, and reporting.
• **3. Sales Enablement**
• - Build field-ready content: decks, one-pagers, use-case narratives.
• - Support outbound with tight messaging, sequences, and ICP-specific hooks.
• - Enable AEs to tell a crisp scientific story that resonates with technical buyers.
• **4. Content & Thought Leadership**
• - Create or oversee content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that speaks like a scientist, not a marketer, in partnership with our internal team of PhD subject matter experts.
• - Turn customer insights, data, product capabilities, and scientific workflows into compelling narratives.
• - Expand brand credibility in biotech/pharma scientific communities.
• **5. Product Marketing**
• - Own go-to-market for new features and products.
• - Translate scientific functionality into clear commercial value.
• - Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer work.
• **6. Team Building**
• - Manage and develop our internal marketing contributors.
• - Build out contractors and future internal hires (content, events, ops).
• - Scale the function from “scrappy startup” to “predictable GTM engine.”

Head of Marketing

Account Executive

• - Prospect, qualify, and close new business within assigned biotech and pharma accounts.
• - Build trusted relationships with senior R&D stakeholders (scientists, team leads, and procurement).
• - Partner with the Head of Business Development to develop territory plans and execute account-based strategies.
• - Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation to contract signature.
• - Work closely with Account Management to ensure smooth handoff and support for ongoing account expansion.
• - Identify upsell opportunities and drive renewals in collaboration with the broader commercial team.
• - Contribute to building strong customer advocacy through consultative engagement and value delivery.
• - Collaborate with scientific leadership on customized demos and seminars that align with customer programs.
• - Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns, field events, and targeted lead generation.
• - Provide structured feedback to the product and research teams on customer needs, use cases, and industry trends.
• - Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and forecast pipeline with precision.
• - Contribute to continual refinement of Drug Hunter’s sales process and messaging.
• - Represent Drug Hunter at key industry conferences and customer events.

Senior Account Executive

Operations

• Own core people ops functions (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation planning, legal compliance, employee handbook, etc.)
• Foster a strong, inclusive company culture that aligns with our mission and values, and drive engagement efforts (surveys, internal comms, all-hands, etc.)
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans and recruiting operations
• Manage internal HR tools and vendors, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and regulations that impact operations and HR
• Lead all aspects of corporate operations, including facilities, vendor management, IT coordination, compliance, and policy development
• Own internal company systems and tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, calendar ops, file management)
• Support legal and administrative workflows, including contracts and vendor management
• Lead internal projects to streamline operations across teams
• Partner with finance and business operations on cross-functional operational initiatives

• **Key Responsibilities:**
• - Develop and apply patent data-gathering and mining approaches to build high quality foundation data sets.
• - Process and analyze small- and large-chemical and biological intellectual property datasets, including therapeutic use, molecular target and chemical structure data.
• - Integrate chemical and biological databases to patent data.
• - Develop novel data mining approaches to unearth cryptic data that enables decision making in partner organizations.
• - Optimize data pipelines for processing and storing patent data, using text-mining, cheminformatics and bioinformatics approaches.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computational approaches into curation and analysis workflows.
• - Contribute to thought leader articles on drug intellectual property informatics and data mining.
• - Maintain best practices in data integrity, reproducibility, and documentation of data sources and derived content.
• - Other responsibilities as required to support product development and maintenance.

Patent Informatics Data Scientist

Product Manager

• Develop strategies and execute plans to drive user engagement, customer acquisition and retention.
• Operate as a player coach; build, lead, and grow a small team of high-output Product Managers and Designers.
• Analyze, determine and prioritize target customer, end-user, and internal stakeholder needs.
• Define and communicate product strategies, goals, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives, supported by business analysis, market research, and customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build momentum and alignment, and shepherd product concepts through execution, validation and adoption.
• Ensure appropriate customer research, usability testing and rapid prototyping.
• Document, validate, prioritize and guide product execution within an Agile development environment.

• C-Level Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, international travel, administrative tasks, and priorities to maximize efficiency and ensure focus on high-impact activities. Support additional executive team members as needed.
• Information Management: Review inbound communications, prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and track follow-up actions; ensure the CEO has the right information at the right time.

• Design and develop APIs and backend services (NestJS/Node.js, Python)
