Customer Success Manager

• Assist the CS team in preparing materials and resources for new university launches.
• Review and update our Help Center articles, FAQs, and "How-To" guides to ensure they are current and user-friendly.
• Aggregate and categorize user feedback from faculty and students to help the Product team prioritize new features.
• Research trends in higher education and VR to help the Partner Success team anticipate their partner needs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate client records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
