Develop and implement ASEANZ Segment Marketing Plans (3-5 years) and 4P market plans, translating global segment strategy.
Define breakthrough in innovation, sustainability narrative and digital commerce approach for the segment.
Drive market plan implementation and achieve growth targets by leading regional cross-functional Market Management Team.
Lead ASEANZ regional Innovation Portfolio Management: assess, prioritize, adapt, and steer portfolio growth as marketing owner.
Drive and follow through on product launch execution with global teams and support NPI projects RTO.
Provide market insight and identify new opportunities through competitive analysis, share gain initiatives, market segmentation and assessment.
Build relationships with key value chain members via Segment Market/Customer Mapping to drive project tracking and annual account negotiation.
Provide input and prioritize regional marcom initiatives and budget allocation, aligning with Global marketing directors.
Work with Product Management on assets plan to support future growth and support assets investment to fully utilize new assets.
Define regional pricing strategy in relevant market segments to drive business growth while maximizing margin return.
Collaborate and coordinate across functions and regions including sales, TS&D, R&D, communication, product management, peers, key customers and distributors.
Requirements
Solid marketing and commercial experience in automotive industry for at least 5 years in ASEANZ region.
Good strategic marketing skillsets and strong industrial knowledge and insights into automotive market.
Virtual leader with strong influencing power and strong team player and builder across functions and geographies.
Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented, self-motivated.
Financial Acumen and innovation Savvy.
Fluency in verbal / written English.
Proficiency in spoken Mandarin (required to build relationships across China and Taiwan).
Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical, materials, Engineering or Marketing related majors (MBA advantageous).
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Experience coordinating across sales, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management and working with customers and distributors.
