About the role
- Support the sales & marketing team in business development activities , including lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the APAC/Philippines region.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns , including email, social media, and digital channels.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material .
- Work closely with the sales team to track and analyze campaign effectiveness & pipeline progress .
- Collaborate on brand-building activities in the local market.
- Participate in strategic discussions and projects aligned with the CEO’s vision for business expansion.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently, with a self-starter attitude
- Passion for technology, HR Tech, and business growth
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift – Philippine time)
