Sales Development Representative supporting the APAC SDR team, focused on Hong Kong & Singapore to uncover outbound opportunities and qualify inbound leads.
Generate new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.
Set a strong example for newer SDRs and demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge and value to clients.
Manage time efficiently, prioritise workload, and organise pipeline for presentation to line manager.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve business processes and support client onboarding.
Proactively engage with potential and current clients and build strong relationships.
Develop sales leads using sales tools and outbound prospecting efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments
Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends.
Relevant customer facing/ calling experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English + Mandarin
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
