About the role

  • Lead the product development of a new product offering in the Spot markets space
  • Identify and drive ways to improve the existing MVP and imagine new functionality for future development phases
  • Partner with the sales, editorial, and business development teams to translate customer needs and requests into business requirements for the product development teams
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure any changes are compliant with industry regulations
  • Draft and work closely with the Customer Service team to create and manage delivery of customer notification letters
  • Work with the UI/UX design team to create mockups of customer development requests
  • Bring best-in-class design ideas in order to make our offering engaging
  • Create and maintain user guides, help materials, methodologies, and specifications for Spot products
  • Document internal processes and help optimize workflow and efficiency

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience as a product manager or a similar role
  • In depth understanding of the Agile software development methodology
  • Data literacy, easily understanding how to interpret and analyze data
  • A strong foundational knowledge of what makes data-driven analytics products invaluable to a customer
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable user stories
  • Ability to uncover and decipher complex problems and think outside the box
  • Excellent technical acuity, with a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, PowerBi, Azure DevOps, and Netsuite (or another CRM software)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management (or related discipline)
  • Fluency in other languages based on our global customer base (a plus)
