About the role
- Lead a team of front line leaders to drive the adoption and growth of new solutions with existing and new restaurant partners
- Hire, develop, and improve core productivity and strategic efforts for the sales organization
- Drive sales performance that feeds new product adoption goals and meet ambitious targets
- Build an inclusive and motivating work environment and grow team engagement
- Partner with Product, Strategy & Operations, Account Management, Sales Operations, and Finance to shape GTM motion and provide product feedback
- Find and lead 0-to-1 product opportunities and help find product-market fit
- Build and execute pipeline strategies and coach front line leaders on customer engagement and deal execution
- Lead team members across the US and travel frequently to support in-market sales reps
- Report to the Director, Platform Account Development and coordinate cross-functional execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of success and driving team overperformance
- Experience building and executing pipeline strategies
- Experience coaching front line leaders
- Experience helping find product-market fit and scaling small businesses within large organizations
- Experience hiring, developing, and improving core productivity and strategic efforts
- Strong people leadership and program development skills to improve engagement and performance
- Ability to work across cross-functional partners (Product, Strategy & Operations, Account Management, Sales Operations, Finance)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support in-market sales reps
- Experience leading teams across the United States
