• As Senior IT Systems & Automation Manager, you take full ownership of our tech stack end-to-end. You are the central driver for system-supported process optimization, AI adoption and automation across the company.
• You translate business needs into scalable, clean system solutions — connecting tools into stable workflows, converting manual and error-prone processes into robust end-to-end automations, and ensuring IT infrastructure and security provide a reliable foundation for our growth.
• This role is a strategic lever for scaling. You will work directly with the Senior Management team and will progressively take full ownership of the area. Long-term development possible toward Team Coordinator / Lead of IT Systems & Automation 🚀📈

Senior IT Systems Manager, AI & Automation

Procurement

• Build and manage our global supplier sourcing pipeline
• Identify and select the best manufacturers and production partners
• Assess suppliers together with internal stakeholders
• Conduct structured selection processes including product, procurement and regulatory validation
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, payment terms and Incoterms
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee contract management
• Establish long-term strategic supplier partnerships
• Ensure economically viable terms for new and existing products
• Develop category and commodity strategies
• Evaluate risks such as single sourcing, country risks or regulatory risks
• Build a stable, scalable supplier structure with multiple production partners
• Support make-or-buy decisions
• Establish and manage supplier performance management (quality, OTIF, cost, service)
• Analyze cost structures (cost breakdown / should-cost models)
• Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities
• Ensure sustainability and compliance requirements are met
