Social Media Manager

• Moderation & Betreuung unserer Facebook-Gruppen
• Regelmäßiges Hochladen von Content auf unseren Social Media Kanälen, von Instagram bis TikTok.
• Aktive Interaktion mit der Community über unser Doonails-Profil, z. B. Kommentare moderieren, Fragen beantworten, Direktnachrichten managen.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Community-Strategien, um unsere Markenbindung noch stärker zu machen + Teilnahme an Brand Activation Events (Pop Ups, Messen, Community Events, Shootings)
• Du findest Social-Media-Trends im Community-Bereich (vor allem auf TikTok) und hilfst dabei, diese kreativ umzusetzen.

Werkstudent Social Media Management

Accountant

• You will oversee all financial transactions, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and prepare accurate financial reports and analyses that support management in key decision-making.
• In close collaboration with your colleagues in the Finance team and external advisors, you will ensure that all tax requirements, including international ones, are met, thereby contributing significantly to Doonails’ financial stability and success.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Participate in group accounting, including intercompany transactions, in close coordination with the team.
• Improve internal accounting processes and reporting tools, including automations and the use of AI.
• Serve as the point of contact for our (international) tax advisors.
• Communicate with tax authorities and ensure compliance with all international tax law requirements.
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.

Manager

• You will lead Doonails' TikTok Shop strategy and creator operations in the US.
• Your main focus will be on keeping shop health metrics (AHR, OTDR, VTR) in the green.
• You track AHR, OTDR, and VTR on a regular cadence, identify the root causes of metric drops early, and cooperate with the E-commerce team to implement corrective actions.
• You connect TikTok Shop revenue to our broader attribution stack (Amazon, Online Shop), working with our analytics team to map the full customer journey and inform budget decisions.
• You monitor the product feed and sync logic within the TikTok ecosystem.
• You propose structured A/B tests on product titles, thumbnails, and CTAs based on TikTok trends.

Freelance TikTok Shop Manager

• You take full ownership of Doonails' TikTok and Instagram presence in the US. You develop the content strategy, produce videos yourself as an on-camera talent, and grow our community with a mix of creative instinct and strategic thinking.
• Build and lead Doonails' US TikTok channel end-to-end: content strategy, posting calendar, community growth, and TikTok Shop. This is your channel to own.
• Produce TikTok videos independently as an on-camera talent: trends, tutorials, product demos, Get-Ready-With-Me, and behind-the-scenes content. No director, no extensive setup.
• Together with our German Socials team, you will exchange successful formats, bounce creative ideas off each other, and adapt global trends specifically for the US market.
• Spot and quickly adopt platform trends, sounds, and formats relevant to the beauty and nails niche on TikTok and Instagram before they peak.
• Build and maintain relationships with US creators and micro-influencers for collaborations, cross-promotions, and community growth.
• Support TikTok Shop with content and community management, including weekly creator calls and Discord-based community building (Creator House format).
• Track and analyze performance across both channels (views, engagement, follower growth, TikTok Shop sales, Story engagement rate) and continuously optimize your content strategy based on data.

• You give our campaigns their creative idea and the red thread that makes Doonails unmistakable.
• With strong concepts and the right copy, you make the brand tangible, build awareness and trust, and ensure that trends and insights become the right moments at the right time.
• Develop creative concepts & integrated campaigns: from the initial insight through ideation to execution, with the goal of strengthening brand awareness and trust
• Translate brand and product priorities into ideas & storytelling that work across all channels, online and offline
• Write and refine copy for campaigns and beyond: social, digital, traditional and film
• Design awareness- and trust-driven campaign strategies with a sense of how different channels work together to build a brand
• Dive deep into culture: translate beauty consumer behavior, social platforms, and the cultural and seasonal calendar into relevant, timely campaign moments
• Work with consumer insights & analytics: set goals before and after campaigns, measure awareness, trust, and brand lift, and connect creative impact to business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally: design, social, influencer, PR, media, and product – and provide clear creative direction to external partners and agencies
• Confidently present campaign strategy & results to leadership with a clear strategic point of view that challenges assumptions and creates alignment
