Manage and retain existing accounts in an assigned territory; make outbound sales calls to close business and/or secure appointments for regional sales executives to visit in person
Set qualified appointments for outside sales executives; qualify accounts prior to appointments
Use CRM software to record activity; communicate with regional account executives and managers
Become an expert on Dominion Diagnostics product offering; stay informed on competitor offerings and payer landscape
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and uphold the company’s reputation
Must be U.S.-based; hours align with Mountain or Pacific Standard Time
Travel, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel by automobile/airplane as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
Laboratory experience is a plus
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
