Financial Planning and Analysis

• DOF is expanding the team.
• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Accountant to join the accounting team in Singapore. This is a permanent role and is required for an immediate start.
• As a Financial Accountant, you will be team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be part of a small but dynamic accounting team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. The team is responsible for delivering accounting services to DOF Group entities.
• You will be responsible for the following:
• Perform month-end closing tasks: accruals, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Hande fixed assets transactions.
• Prepare intercompany invoices.
• Assist with IFRS 16 Lease Accounting.
• Prepare country-specific government reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and posting of customers' payments
• Assist with monthly cashflow forecast
• Prepare Financial Statements and handle audits for assigned entities.
• Assist with internal improvement reviews to enhance processes and efficiency.

Financial Accountant

• Independent financial management of companies in Europe Shore Base
• Month end closing procedures
• Accounting and reporting
• General bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Customer invoicing and reconciliation (intercompany and external)
• Collaboration and financial support to local Operations team and headquarters in Bergen, Norway
• Statutory accounts preparation and management of external audit
• Supporting the tax department in filing tax returns and other compliance obligations
• Deliver high quality financial reporting within defined area of responsibility
• Close collaboration with business and senior management to achieve goals, optimize and improve

Procurement

• Join the Procurement Management function supporting DOF’s global operations, initially focusing on Provisions & Consumables.
• Develop and implement category strategies for provisions and consumables across DOF’s global operations.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance follow-up.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marine operations, vessel management, catering, subsea) to align procurement with operational needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable sourcing practices.
• Support integration of Maersk Supply Service into DOF by aligning processes, tools, and standards.
• Act as an ambassador for procurement within the organization; occasional travel to suppliers and regional offices may be required.

Procurement Manager, Provisions and Consumables

Human Resources

• Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to drive strategy, culture, and compliance across dynamic international operations?
• DOF Subsea is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean. This is a high-impact leadership role, supporting a diverse onshore and offshore workforce in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• As the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
• You will lead and mentor our US-based HR team and collaborate closely with leaders across the region to ensure that HR practices are aligned with business goals, regulatory frameworks, and DOF’s global standards.
• You will report administratively to the Regional HR Manager – North America and professionally to the EVP – North America, and serve as a key member of the senior management team.
