Join the Procurement Management function supporting DOF’s global operations, initially focusing on Provisions & Consumables.
Develop and implement category strategies for provisions and consumables across DOF’s global operations.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance follow-up.
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marine operations, vessel management, catering, subsea) to align procurement with operational needs.
Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable sourcing practices.
Support integration of Maersk Supply Service into DOF by aligning processes, tools, and standards.
Act as an ambassador for procurement within the organization; occasional travel to suppliers and regional offices may be required.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, contract, or supply chain management — ideally within provisions, consumables, or marine/offshore categories.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
Experience navigating complex international matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Proven project management skills with a structured and proactive approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority.
Strong sense of ownership and comfortable in a changing environment.
Hands-on mindset — not afraid of getting your hands dirty and work manually with processes.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust across cultures.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
BSc or MSc in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
