  • Business Development Manager responsible for driving new customer acquisition across the UAE
  • High-activity, fast-paced, high-volume transactional sales to healthcare professionals in the UAE region
  • Maintain a large pipeline of leads and engage in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets
  • Own the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs
  • Research, prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations
  • Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within HealthTech

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within sales (healthcare industry desired but not required)
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable with telephone, virtual and in-person acquisition
  • Resilience and ability to maintain high outbound activity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing scale-up environment
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving orientation
  • Belief in Doctify’s mission
