- Business Development Manager responsible for driving new customer acquisition across the UAE
- High-activity, fast-paced, high-volume transactional sales to healthcare professionals in the UAE region
- Maintain a large pipeline of leads and engage in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets
- Own the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs
- Research, prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations
- Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within HealthTech
Requirements
- Fluency in English language
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within sales (healthcare industry desired but not required)
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with telephone, virtual and in-person acquisition
- Resilience and ability to maintain high outbound activity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing scale-up environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving orientation
- Belief in Doctify’s mission
