About the role
- Drive awareness of Crunchtime’s products with leaders at well-known restaurant chains
- Consult with restaurant leaders to help identify problems in their business
- Generate interest in products and convert interested leads to introductory meetings with Account Executives
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads via cold calling and cold emailing
- Follow up with leads that have expressed interest to discover around their interest and convert to meetings
- Attend industry events
- Leverage LinkedIn for social selling, SalesNav, direct messages, videos, and voice notes to engage prospects
- Leverage Marketing-Campaigns to capture prospect attention
- Use Gong Engage to manage prospecting tasks, strengthen email copy, review AI feedback, and review recorded calls
- Use SalesForce to manage territory and identify previous engagement and re-engagement opportunities
- Use dashboards and reports to manage leads and prioritize those with highest potential to convert
- Meet weekly with team members to strategize and share best practices
- Use techniques such as multi-threading, storytelling, mirroring, labeling, and objection handling
- Meet monthly quota for qualified meetings and quarterly quota for opportunities created
