Engineering Manager

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a diverse team of engineers (mainly remote), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, whilst supporting and working closely with our engineering manager

Product Designer

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining and managing the product roadmap, aligning with Doctify’s goals for growth, user engagement, and service improvement.
• User Research & Insights: Leading efforts in gathering and analysing feedback from patients and healthcare providers to identify opportunities for new features, improved usability, and overall experience enhancement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute product initiatives effectively, ensuring each release delivers meaningful value.
• Metrics & Performance Tracking: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, monitoring product performance, and using insights to guide future enhancements.
• Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behaviours to continuously refine Doctify’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating project updates, product progress, and user insights with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support.

Product Manager – Social, UX Focus

Revenue Operations

• Maintaining high-quality CRM data across HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Identifying leads and contacts requiring data enrichment (e.g., missing outdated email addresses, phone numbers, company details)
• Working with external and internal enrichment tools to complete and validate lead and account data
• Supporting the RevOps team with regular and ad-hoc analysis of funnel performance, conversion rates, retention metrics, and customer segmentation
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand data needs and provide actionable reporting
• Building and maintaining dashboards, and performance reports to support leadership visibility into revenue drivers
• Supporting process documentation and continuous improvement efforts within the RevOps function

• Qualifying, prospecting and creating opportunities for our Account Executives in the Australian market
• Utilising top-of-the-range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity
• Exceeding monthly targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team
• Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continue to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately, playing an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth
• Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field

Sales Development Representative, Australian Market

Recruitment

• Owning end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions, primarily Account Executives, SDRs and Account Managers
• Managing inbound hiring workflows while proactively sourcing for harder-to-fill roles
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role scorecards and interview processes
• Delivering strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
• Managing offer processes and supporting negotiations
• Using data and reporting to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
• Continuously improving hiring processes and interview quality
• Building talent pipelines for future commercial growth
