About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own new business in the UK territory
  • Lead a growing sales organisation of Sales Managers, Account Executives and SDRs across multiple UK regions
  • Report directly to the VP Sales
  • Take complete commercial responsibility for the UK P&L
  • Execute revenue strategies to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead, coach, and empower frontline Sales Managers
  • Establish accountability, high performance, and career development pathways across AE and SDR teams
  • Refine UK territory playbooks to expand from the core individual consultant market to other healthcare verticals
  • Partner with RevOps to optimise pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, and Customer Success
  • Remove friction in the sales cycle, sharpen competitive positioning, and enhance prospective client pitches
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain sales talent while maintaining a supportive, execution-driven team culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ Years in B2B Sales: Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or platform environments
  • 5+ Years in Second-Level Management: Demonstrated experience leading managers
  • Proven success running teams of 20+
  • Adaptive leadership style and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels with reports
  • Direct experience owning market P&L with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven experience in growing sales territories and scaling headcount efficiently
  • Expertise in leveraging sales analytics, pipeline metrics, and market data to refine go-to-market strategies and deliver precise forecasts
  • Desire to lead from the front, actively helping others shorten deal cycles and close deals
  • Exposure to digital health, private healthcare providers or health tech platforms is a plus, but not required
