Manage invoices for contracted services, ensuring accuracy and timely payments;
Open disputes and claims when necessary, pursuing efficient solutions and issue resolution;
Conduct ongoing follow-up with partners, ensuring effective communication and maintaining strong relationships;
Verify and enter invoices into the system, ensuring the accuracy of recorded information;
Clarify questions from the finance team regarding inland Europe operations, providing detailed information and necessary support.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or Defense and International Strategy;
Expected graduation date from the second semester of 2027 or later;
Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested;
German, French, or Spanish is a plus;
Interest in freight forwarding and logistics operations is a plus.
