• Realizar atualização e controle de informações operacionais em sistema;
• Auxiliar no contato com fornecedores, agentes e parceiros internacionais;
• Apoiar a conferência de documentos operacionais e informações de embarque;

• Auxiliar na abertura e acompanhamento de chamados e solicitações operacionais;
• Apoiar o controle de custos e conferência de informações relacionadas às operações.

• Conferência de order;

Air Operations Intern

• Prestará suporte a equipe operacional marítima nas rotinas diárias;
• Contatos e follow up com parceiros logísticos;
• Efetuará controle de documentos através do input no sistema da empresa;
• Atualização do sistema incluindo informações sobre os embarques;
• Será treinado para aprender e dar suporte aos analistas nas coordenações de embarques.

Ocean Operations Intern

Customer Support

• End-to-end management of import processes, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines;
• Coordination with agents, co-loaders and suppliers, including bookings and cargo pickups;
• Operational follow-up (cut-offs, clearance at origin, approvals and restrictions);
• Documentation validation (Invoice, Packing List, HBL/MBL, certificates, etc.);
• Financial control of the process (cost validation, issuance of Debit Notes);
• Monitoring of operational KPIs (SLA, productivity, backlog);
• Interface with internal departments and support to the team (juniors and interns).

Ocean Import Analyst

• Coordinate import air shipments;
• Provide clients with all shipment information via email and system updates to keep them informed of the process status;
• Confirm finalization of the process using information from the Brazilian Federal Revenue (Receita Federal) systems;
• Release the process to Finance in the system to proceed with invoicing;
• Verify the origin agent's invoice based on negotiated terms for subsequent foreign exchange settlement.

Air Customer Care – Operations & Customer Care

• Contact with exporters at origin: requesting and/or sending documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
• Monitoring shipments under incoterms FCA (carrier at origin) and EXW (exporters and carriers at origin)
• Cost entry
• Contact with the origin warehouse to verify arrivals and issue warehouse receipts (inspection of cargo, packaging, weight)
• Review and issuance of documents (EEI Report, invoice, packing list, labels, etc.)
• Issuance of air waybills (AWB)
• Follow-up with airlines
• Sending information to the CCT

Air Operations Import Analyst – Operations & Customer Care

Analyst

• Oversee the implementation of commercial strategies for the Ocean product;
• Monitor performance indicators (conversion, volume, revenue and profit), proposing improvements;
• Analyze quotation data to identify opportunities and gaps;
• Design and track action plans with Commercial, Freight Design and Operations teams;
• Act as the focal point between areas, ensuring alignment and execution of priorities;
• Support the definition of commercial policies (pricing, services and directional policies);
• Prepare executive reports, BIDs and strategic materials;
• Monitor targets by customer, industry and route;
• Support BID governance and follow-up;
• Lead internal forums with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Ocean Strategy Development Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Organization and provisioning of cash flow
• Control and scheduling of payments to suppliers, service providers, and operational and administrative expenses in the system
• Supplier support and interface with internal departments
• Management of deadlines and due dates, and support for monthly closings
• Participation in projects and support in negotiations
• Updating and analysis of periodic financial reports
• Monitoring variances between actual results and budget
• Support in cost and expense control
• Consolidation of information from different areas

Accounts Payable Assistant

• Monitor strategies, track results and identify scenarios;
• Analyze commercial conversion metrics for quotes (customers, prospects and lost quotes) and follow up on action plans with the commercial team;
• Develop action plans together with the Air Product teams based on indicator analyses and results obtained, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives;
• Propose and implement necessary improvements;
• Act as the internal point of contact for the Air Product in commercial activities, interfacing between Industry and Product, overseeing the overall scope of business lines and controlling scope changes, priorities and deadlines;
• Prepare and update performance and target indicator reports in accordance with the strategic plan;
• Monitor weekly targets broken down by customers and routes for the current cycle;
• Monitor financial indicators, identifying opportunities for strategic improvement;
• Regularly monitor performance indicators and results.
