About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage direct contact with origin agents to request, verify, and send documents essential to the logistics process (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and others)
  • Monitor and coordinate international shipments, ensuring alignment with origin agents
  • Record and control operational costs related to import processes
  • Liaise with origin agents to verify arrivals, handle releases and issue warehouse receipts, ensuring compliance with packaging data, weight, and the integrity of the goods
  • Issue and/or verify mandatory shipping documents and other country-specific documents required for origin and destination
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of information in internal systems, supporting the team in traceability and predictability of operations
  • Work closely with the Customer Care department to ensure operational excellence and adherence to agreed SLAs
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, supporting initiatives for increased efficiency and reduction of operational errors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Intermediate to Advanced English — will be tested
  • French, Spanish and German — desirable
  • Experience coordinating Air Export and Import shipments
  • Experience with international freight forwarding
