About the role
- Keep systems up to date, ensuring correct updates and maintenance of the systems used by the stores.
- Consolidate and analyze operational data, preparing reports and tracking performance indicators (for example: COGS, technical/product specification sheets, income statement (P&L), inventory/POS).
- Develop tools and automations using Excel, Power BI, N8N and other technologies to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the operations team during store visits, trainings and rollouts of new units.
- Produce strategic materials and presentations for performance meetings and internal analyses.
- Assist in executing and monitoring action plans, connecting data analyses with the operation's practical routines.
Requirements
- Must reside in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of quality and organizational skills.
- Good analytical ability and curiosity to understand the operation end-to-end.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Notion and N8N.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, process automation and continuous improvement.
- Dynamic, collaborative profile and willingness to work both in analysis and in the field.
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics or other related courses.
