Operations

• Keep systems up to date, ensuring correct updates and maintenance of the systems used by the stores.
• Consolidate and analyze operational data, preparing reports and tracking performance indicators (for example: COGS, technical/product specification sheets, income statement (P&L), inventory/POS).
• Develop tools and automations using Excel, Power BI, N8N and other technologies to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the operations team during store visits, trainings and rollouts of new units.
• Produce strategic materials and presentations for performance meetings and internal analyses.
• Assist in executing and monitoring action plans, connecting data analyses with the operation's practical routines.
