About the role
- Process faculty payments in coordination with the Finance department;
- Plan, execute and monitor academic operations for postgraduate and technical courses, aligned with YDUQS institutional guidelines;
- Prepare, register, validate, adjust and publish academic calendars;
- Support course portfolio management, including registering new offerings, cleansing and updating information;
- Plan class sections, open and remove course modules, and verify and validate academic data in the system;
- Monitor performance indicators (enrollment, retention, dropout, academic performance and student satisfaction), preparing reports;
- Act as a facilitator with academic units and administrative areas, ensuring integrated execution of academic and operational activities;
- Contribute to the standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of processes, supporting academic innovation projects and the implementation of new methodologies;
- Support the preparation of data and reports for regulatory processes with the Ministry of Education (MEC) and professional councils, when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good analytical skills and organizational abilities;
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in areas related to educational management.
