About the role

  • Perform the application to credit process for incoming dealers/vendor/partners, assisting in documentation, and dealer maintenance.
  • Complete the dealer onboarding process while complying with DLL's KYC and CDD requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Screen dealers against sanction lists and regulatory databases.
  • Collect and review documents for Commercial Finance Underwriters.
  • Prepare complex manual documents
  • Create and maintain Private Label & Programs
  • Accurately and timely updating of system databases
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations
  • Identify and escalate continuous improvement areas
  • Determine if documentation is enforceable
  • Customer service skills
  • Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of processes related to Credit, Programs, Sales & Documentation
  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to review documents and identify errors
  • Ability to identify potential process improvements and escalate accordingly
