About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop a sourcing strategy based on role requirements
- Screen resumes, review video interviews, administer assessments, and make recommendations for hire
- Create and distribute offer letters to selected candidates
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with an ATS database (such as Workday)
- Experience with the use of social media and open web searches preferred
