Full-stack Engineer

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users of Diverge Health’s developed products: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests, educating and guiding users through solutions
• Configure and reconfigure systems to meet user needs and create educational resources to help teammates navigate tools with confidence
• Document recurring issues and recommend product improvements
• Streamline and support operational processes such as inventory management (e.g., laptops, phones), onboarding/offboarding workflows, and system auditing
• Ensure license and system usage align with business expectations
• Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency
• Contribute as a full-stack developer, collaborating with the technology team to deliver new features and capabilities
• Build and maintain applications with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices
• Report to the Senior Vice President of Technology and work at the intersection of support, product development, and IT process improvement
