Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs for healthcare clients, including a $10M+ budget program.
- A demonstrated interest in AI-driven solutions and how they can optimize business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and dynamics of delivering high-impact services.
- Ability to navigate complexity, identify solutions, and drive action.
- Experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models.
- Strong communication skills across all levels, from technical conversations with engineers to strategic discussions with executives.
