• Lead product feed strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients from initial audit through full-channel optimization
• Own feed architecture, attribute taxonomy, and feed health across Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, Amazon Business, and emerging B2B channels
• Manage marketplace presence and performance for clients on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central — with working knowledge of Amazon Business-specific features (quantity discounts, business pricing tiers, tax exemption, procurement integration)
• Translate complex B2B product catalogs — 10K+ SKUs, technical specs, compliance data, tiered pricing — into clean, performant feed structures
• Apply our proprietary three-treatment pricing framework (Advertise / Exclude / Route to RFQ) across client catalog strategies
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact across your client portfolio
• Lead QBRs, executive reporting, and strategic roadmaps with confidence
• Identify expansion opportunities and proactively bring them to the table before the client asks
• Co-build the Directive Commerce methodology — document it, pressure-test it, and own it
• Actively use AI tools to improve feed quality, catalog management, and client deliverables; establish the standard for AI-augmented commerce work at this division
• Contribute to new business pitches and RFP responses as a subject matter expert
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members as the division scales

Associate Director, Commerce

Procurement

• The Associate Director of Resourcing is a newly created, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of sales, operations, people operations, and finance.
• Serve as Directive's central source of truth for resource data, capacity visibility, and staffing recommendations.
• Provide P&L owners, department heads, and the leadership team with the analysis and options they need to make confident, well-timed decisions.
• Take full ownership of the data, the model, and the forward-looking view, making recommendations that leadership can trust and act on.
• Maintain a real-time view of team capacity by role, division, and skill set across all three divisions.
• Develop staffing recommendations for new and expanding engagements, presenting options and tradeoffs to team leads and department heads for final assignment decisions.
• Model and present resource reallocation options for incoming clients, giving leadership a clear picture of staffing implications before new accounts go live.
• Own the capacity planning model, updated on a rolling basis, incorporating inputs from: Active sales pipeline, Harvest hours data, client goal achievement and retention signals, and more.
• Present capacity and utilization insights to Finance and division leadership on a regular cadence.

Associate Director of Resourcing

• Update pricing estimator monthly to account for latest salary inputs, markups and Fx rates
• Partner with Sales to estimate resource requirements for new business opportunities
• Translate scope of work documents into staffing models and team configurations
• Maintain a real-time view of team capacity by role, division, and skill set
• Develop staffing recommendations for new and expanding engagements
• Identify coverage gaps and surface conflicts with sufficient lead time for leadership
• Model and present resource reallocation options for incoming clients
• Develop offboarding resource plans for departing clients
• Build data-backed hiring recommendations for review and approval
• Own the capacity planning model, incorporating inputs from active sales pipeline and actuals vs budgeted data
• Develop and maintain KPIs that connect resource recommendations to financial outcomes
