About the role
- Create custom SEO and content strategies for Enterprise B2B clients and revise strategies over the client lifetime
- Serve as a client-facing Content Strategist (internally titled Account Strategist, Content & SEO) responsible for day-to-day client deliverables
- Set goals using data sources (Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, Ahrefs) and present with Associate Director approval
- Ensure execution of strategy via project management, delegating tasks and partnering with Project Managers where present
- Work closely with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns on time and maintain quality standards
- Proactively communicate timeline expectations, deliverable cadence, and progress to clients and internal leadership
- Regular reporting cadence: bi-weekly client meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and two bi-annual business review presentations
- Identify upsell/cross-sell/referral opportunities and support MRR retention and NSM attainment
Requirements
- Proven track record of success implementing SEO principles and content strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building)
- Analytical insight and ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics
- Strong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
- Comfortable client-facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
- Must have agency experience
- Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
- Experience using project management tool Asana (required)
- Reliable internet access and ability to operate a laptop and remain stationary for extended periods
